AdPixel Partner Application
Taknik Bharti ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AdPixel Partner application ("App"), used by venue/business partners to manage their ad-screen account, monitor advertising revenue, and control what plays on their registered TV screen. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App.
To create and operate your partner account, we collect information you provide directly, including your mobile number, password, business name, owner name, email address, business address, business category, and a profile photo (optional). This information is used to authenticate you, run your partner account, and operate the App's features.
We do not collect GPS or device location data. The App does collect your business's State, District, City, and Locality, which you select/enter yourself during profile setup, to identify where your registered screen is located.
The App does not process payments or accept any payment from you. To pay out your advertising revenue, we collect your bank account details — bank name, account holder name, account number, IFSC code — and your GSTIN (if applicable). This information is used solely for revenue payouts and is not used for any other purpose.
The App collects a device push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send you account and advertising-related notifications. We do not collect other device hardware identifiers.
The App's "Proof of Play" feature requests access to your device's camera so you can record a short video of your ad screen as proof that your ads are running. This access is used only when you choose to use this feature; the App does not use your microphone or camera for any other purpose.
Information you submit through in-app forms (profile details, bank details, GST details, and self-ad uploads) is collected and sent to our servers to operate your partner account. We do not collect data from other apps installed on your device.
The App uses the following third-party (Google Firebase) services, which may collect information used to identify you or your device, in accordance with their own privacy policies:
We value your trust in providing us with your account credentials and personal/financial information, and are committed to using commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
