AdPixel Partner Application
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdPixel Partner application ("App"), operated by Taknik Bharti ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is provided to registered venue/business partners to manage their advertising-screen account, including monitoring ad revenue and rent transactions, viewing running ad status and slot utilization, uploading self-ads into available free slots, submitting proof-of-play videos, tracking screen online/offline attendance, controlling the screen's music player, and managing their business profile and payout bank details.
You must register using a valid mobile number and provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
As a partner, you agree to: keep your business, profile, and bank/payout details accurate and up to date; keep your registered screen device online and operational, as rent and revenue calculations depend on screen uptime; and ensure any content you upload through the App (self-ad slots or proof-of-play videos) is accurate and lawful.
Rent is calculated based on your assigned rent model (fixed or per-day-per-ad rate) and your screen's online/offline days, subject to applicable deductions, security-money adjustments, and GST, as shown in your monthly statements. Payouts are made to the bank account details you provide; you are responsible for ensuring these details are correct. We do not process any payments from you through the App.
Content you upload to a free ad slot (title, description, theme color, image/video file) is your own responsibility. You must own or have the rights to any content you upload, and it must not be illegal, infringing, misleading, or inappropriate. We may remove non-compliant content or cancel a self-ad slot at our discretion. Free slots may also be allocated to paid third-party advertising, which takes priority over self-ads.
You agree not to: submit false or manipulated proof-of-play recordings or uptime data; attempt to interfere with or circumvent the App's or screen device's normal operation; impersonate another person or business; or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates the rights of others.
The App, including its branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Taknik Bharti / AdPixel and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activity. You may stop using the App at any time; certain obligations (such as outstanding payouts or adjustments) will continue to apply after termination.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page, effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
